Quality Policy
This policy is comprised of three elements defined by upper management as critical in quality planning; namely, customer satisfaction, continual improvement, and competitiveness. In support of this policy, the following objectives have been defined:

To reduce the customer complaint rate by meeting improvement targets prescribed by management;

To reduce internal nonconformities to comply with IRM improvement targets prescribed by management;

To improve the quality of our product through selective investments.

To reduce waste and inefficiency by meeting annual improvement targets prescribed by management.

Both the Quality Policy and objectives are consistent with the policies expressed in the mission statement where IRM recognizes the importance of quality in attaining the corporate goals in the specialized wire rod market. This policy is achieved by means of the quality system .
